典型的軟磁器件超聲波清洗設(shè)備介紹:被清洗物件從進(jìn)料口可傳動的不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶送人超聲波清洗槽清洗,再經(jīng)噴淋、烘干等工序后出料,實現(xiàn)被清洗物件可直接包裝入庫。各工序簡要說明如下:

②壓電式換能器目前國內(nèi)外大多數(shù)超聲波清洗機(jī)用的是壓電式換能器,勘L形結(jié)構(gòu)。

這種換能器一般有兩片壓電陶瓷晶片組成。一臺清洗機(jī)用多個換能器,經(jīng)粘接劑粘接在清洗缸底部且經(jīng)并聯(lián)聯(lián)接組成一臺清洗機(jī)的換能器。換能器基元之間距(對于頻率20kH4一般在5—10mm為佳,太大了容易產(chǎn)生彎曲振動,且振動板受到腐蝕,同時輻射面相對減少。
This type of transducer generally consists of two piezoelectric ceramic chips. A cleaning machine uses multiple transducers, which are bonded to the bottom of the cleaning cylinder with adhesive and connected in parallel to form a transducer for the cleaning machine. The distance between transducer elements (usually 5-10mm for a frequency of 20kH4) is optimal, as it is prone to bending vibration and corrosion of the vibration plate, while the radiation surface is relatively reduced.
